Privacy Policy
This document sets out which personal data is collected through the contact form on this site, on what basis, and to what extent it is processed.
Categories of personal data
Only the data you enter into the enquiry form yourself is processed:
- name
- bank or company name
- role
- work e-mail address
- phone or messenger — optional
- the selected subject of the enquiry
Alongside the enquiry we record technical data: the date and time of receipt, the address of the page the form was submitted from, the browser type, and referral parameters if the visit came from an advertising link.
Payment instrument data, identity documents and any information classified by law as a special category are not collected. No automated decisions producing legal effects for the applicant are made.
Purpose and legal basis
The sole purpose of processing is to handle your enquiry and to discuss possible cooperation. The data is not used for mailings, profiling or advertising.
The basis for processing is the consent of the data subject, given by submitting the form. Consent may be withdrawn at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
Data transfers
Personal data is not sold and is not passed to third parties for their own purposes.
Technical storage and processing are carried out by cloud hosting and database providers whose servers are located in the European Union. They act solely on our instructions and within the limits set by contract.
Data is disclosed to public authorities only in the cases and under the procedure expressly provided for by law.
Retention period
Enquiries are retained for 24 months from the date of receipt, after which they are deleted. At the request of the data subject, deletion is carried out earlier — within 30 calendar days of the request being received.
Rights of the data subject
Under personal data protection law you have the right to:
- obtain information about the composition and content of your personal data, and a copy of it;
- require the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- require the deletion of your personal data;
- withdraw consent previously given for processing;
- object to processing;
- lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
A request to exercise any of these rights is submitted through the form on this site. The response time is 30 calendar days.
Cookies
As at the date this policy was last updated, the site does not use cookies, loads no third-party analytics and contacts no advertising networks. No data is stored in the browser's local storage.
Should this change, consent will be requested before any non-essential cookie is set, and this section will be updated.
Security measures
Data is transmitted over a secure connection. Access to enquiries is granted on a least-privilege basis, through personal accounts, with permissions separated at database level.
Changes to this policy
The current version of the policy is published on this page. The date of the last update is stated at the top of the document.
